This luxury destination wedding at Kiawah Island Ocean Course in South Carolina was a beautiful celebration spot for our glowing couple. The bride wore a spaghetti strap gown with floral overlay. Her blond locks were styled in a low chignon and topped with a veil. White shoes with a pearl ankle strap and back bow completed her look. She carried a pale pink and white floral bouquet, while the bridesmaids carried small white floral bouquets and wore varying styles and shades of pink dresses. Natural wooden chairs with hand fans made up the aisle with pink and white floral arrangements at the end of the aisle. The groom smiled on in a navy blue suit with pink tie as the bride made her way down the aisle with her parents. Waves crashed in the distance as the couple said, “I do,” with family and friends looking on.
Following the ceremony, guests headed to a cocktail hour and mingled while playing golf before the tent reception. Guests found their seats by finding their picture on a board with their table number. Tables were covered in white tablecloths with colorful floral centerpieces lining the table top. White candles in clear glass hurricane candleholders illuminated the space. Wicker placemats with menus were at each place setting with personalized seashells. Guests enjoyed a dinner of filet mignon and snapper. For dessert guests were served chocolate covered strawberries along with the two tier wedding cake with white buttercream and pressed flowers. The bride changed into a short, white dress prior to celebrating on the dance floor. Attendees ended the evening with a jump in the nearby ocean.
